Our Strength & Conditioning programmes are geared towards performance and have a will always have a specific goal in mind.
We will always take into account the individuals current physical abilities as well as the best manner to allow for improvements. Strength and Conditioning is always a method in which to improve physical and functional abilities while increasing strength. Our programmes while aiming to ensure that gains in strength are achieved will also always aim that no reduction in mobility or in the ability to do other physical activities occur.
Our strength and conditioning programmes are put in place in a similar way to our rehabilitation programmes, where we will go through what the client is fully capable of and what would be the best course of action and plan to make sure that the gains in functionality, strength and knowledge are achieved.
